In order to be considered, you must have solid high-end fresh food experience. Live-in available for relocators. Due to public transport restrictions, commuters must driver and have their own car/transport

Our client, a stunning high end fresh food restaurant operation, is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie with strong quality fresh food experience to assist in the running of their popular operation based in the New Forest area of Hampshire. With their impressive offerings showcasing their collection of mouth-watering dishes created from fresh locally sourced seasonal produce, this operation offers a true taste of Hampshire from field to fork.

Working within this brigade you will have the full support of the senior kitchen team (as well as the management and front of house team) and the opportunity to both learn and grow within the business. As well as having relevant experience, the most important thing is that you must have a passion for your trade, the drive to succeed and the want to learn and develop your skills!

Required Experience:

• Previous experience at Chef De Partie in a quality fresh food restaurant or hotel environment.
