Job summary

Navolio-Limited-Off-to-Work is recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of a well-established boutique hotel in Redhill, Surrey. The role covers both restaurant service and banqueting events, offering development within a supportive and professional team.

You will run your section, support the Head and Sous Chefs, mentor junior staff, and uphold high food hygiene and safety standards to ensure exceptional weddings, events and dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Passionate about food and hospitality.
• Organised, reliable, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Running your section and maintaining high food standards.
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef during service.
• Assisting with banqueting, weddings, and private events.
