You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments, maintaining diaries, and providing a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced office. Training will be provided, with potential for ongoing temp-to-perm opportunities.

The role is Monday to Friday, with weekly pay, paid holiday, and on-site parking. Immediate starts available, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service roles.
• Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
• Reliable, professional and committed with availability to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule appointments, bookings and diary management.
• Liaise with customers and clients via phone and email.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks.
• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience.
