You will liaise with customers via phone and email, update internal records and provide a professional customer experience. This is ideal for organised individuals with strong admin or customer service skills, with a real path to permanency for committed staff.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, scheduling or customer service experience.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Reliable, professional and committed approach to work.
• Immediately available or available at short notice.
