Hollybank Trust is seeking a part-time Home Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the Beeches residential home in Mirfield. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will handle general admin, reception duties, and diary/training coordination to help ensure efficient operations.
The ideal candidate has admin experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of the role.
Location: Mirfield (WF14)
Hours: Part-time, 25hrs per week.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Home Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a residential care home. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support, helping to ensure the home operates efficiently and remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
You will have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, strong Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Experience within a care, health, charity, or regulated environment would be advantageous.
