“We work in their home, they don’t live where we work.” –At Beeches, this isn’t just a motto. It’s the foundation of everything we do.
Beeches is a welcoming thirteen-bed home supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities in a beautiful countryside setting in Mirfield. Our purpose is simple: to help the people we support live fulfilling lives with independence, dignity, choice and meaningful communication at the heart of every day. Beeches is more than a workplace. It’s a home. And we’re looking for people who understand the difference.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Home Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a residential care home. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support, helping to ensure the home operates efficiently and remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
When you join Beeches, you’re not simply providing care. You’re helping create a home where people feel safe, respected, listened to and valued.
Many of the people we support communicate in unique ways, and our staff take the time to understand each individual, ensuring their voice is heard and their choices guide the support they receive. We promote independence wherever possible, encouraging people to develop skills, access their community and enjoy opportunities that matter to them.
Our team understands that dignity isn’t just a word. It’s about treating every person with respect, supporting them on their own terms, and recognising that this is their home.
You will have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, strong Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Experience within a care, health, charity, or regulated environment would be advantageous.
You can contact Malcolm (Registered Manger) and Lauren (Deputy Manager) directly on 01924 978250, or by email to beechesmanagement@hollybanktrust.com
