Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an IT Support Technician (1st Line) for a Central London-based regulatory body on an initial 1-month temporary assignment. The role is hybrid, 35 hours per week, with a pay rate of £17.45–£19.65 per hour.

The position requires strong Windows, Android and Microsoft 365 knowledge and proven service desk experience. You will handle 1st line tickets via phone, email, Teams and self-service, resolve issues, log incidents in ITSM, and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Android and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM and Intune.
• Familiar with ITSM/call logging systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email, Teams and self-service portal.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account and device issues.
• Log, prioritise and manage incidents through the ITSM system.
• Escalate complex issues where required.
• Support Windows 11, Android and Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM and Intune environments.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Deliver remote support and maintain accurate documentation.
