Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking an organised Order Processing Administrator to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis at Lodge Farm, England. You will handle order processing, paperwork and stock records, supported by a warehouse management system.

The role offers 15 per hour, Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm, with an ASAP start and a view to permanent employment after 12 successful weeks.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident working with computer systems and databases.
• Comfortable handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• A good communicator with a proactive approach.
• Previous experience in order processing, stock administration, logistics or a WMS environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Entering and updating orders on company systems.
• Checking product availability and stock levels.
• Communicating with customers about orders and delivery dates.
• Preparing invoices, delivery notes and other paperwork.
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
• Handling returns, refunds and order amendments.
• Supporting general office administration.
• Ensuring orders are completed and dispatched on time.
• Have good initiative and be keen to learn.
