Office Angels in Gateshead is seeking an Order Processing Administrator to join our Fleet Division on a temporary-to-permanent basis with an immediate start. You will manage order information across multiple systems, ensure accuracy, and keep documentation up-to-date in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, order processing, data entry or sales support.
• Experience with multiple systems, portals, databases or processing high volumes of information would be advantageous.
• Organised and detail oriented with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately using internal systems and portals.
• Input and maintain order information and records.
• Check specifications, pricing and data accuracy.
• Manage information across multiple platforms and systems.
• Review documentation and ensure all details are complete.
• Upload and maintain relevant paperwork.
• Monitor order progress and update internal records.
• Provide general administrative support across the Fleet Division.
