Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking an organised and reliable Order Processing Administrator to join our client's team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role is based on-site at Lodge Farm with hours Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm, offering £15 per hour.

You will process customer orders, maintain accurate paperwork, support delivery administration, and use a Warehouse Management System to monitor stock levels and update records. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident working with computer systems and databases.
• Comfortable handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• A good communicator with a proactive approach.
• Previous experience in order processing, stock administration, logistics or a WMS environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and update orders on company systems.
• Check product availability and stock levels.
• Communicate with customers about orders and delivery dates.
• Prepare invoices, delivery notes and other paperwork.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Handle returns, refunds and order amendments.
• Support general office administration.
• Ensure orders are completed and dispatched on time.
