Job summary

T2P Recruitment Ltd is seeking an IT Service Desk / 1st Line Support Analyst on a temporary basis with a view to permanent. You will be the first point of contact for IT queries, delivering friendly, efficient support to users across the organisation.

We welcome candidates with 1st line/Service Desk experience and a good customer-service approach. Essential skills include Windows OS and Office 365 support, basic troubleshooting and ticket logging. Commute to the Uxbridge area required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 1st Line Support, Service Desk or IT Support
• Experience supporting users with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, general hardware and software issues
• Password and account-related queries
• Basic troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Logging and managing support tickets

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and effective technical support as the first point of contact
• Assist users across the organisation with IT-related queries and incidents
• Log and track issues to ensure timely resolution
