Job summary

Huntress Search Ltd is seeking a Temporary Telesales Executive for our Bracknell office-based team. The role focuses on outbound calls to generate new recruitment opportunities by working through thousands of contacts in the CRM, with a pay rate of £20 per hour and a potential to extend beyond the initial month.

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 10am–4pm, with onsite parking. A bonus is available for vacancies generated directly from your calls, rewarding performance and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, sales, business development or outbound calling.
• Confident with high-volume calling and handling objections.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Motivated by targets; recruitment or B2B sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Making a high volume of outbound calls to contacts within our CRM.
• Target number of meaningful conversations with prospective clients daily.
• Identifying businesses with current or upcoming recruitment requirements.
• Building rapport with potential clients and generating new business opportunities.
• Qualifying vacancies and passing opportunities to recruiters.
• Keeping accurate CRM records after each call.
• Working towards weekly conversation and vacancy generation targets.
