You will target prospects, generate appointments and quotations, maintain CRM records and work toward clear KPIs while enjoying a competitive salary of £29,000–£30,000 plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous telesales or internal sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and handling objections.
• A proactive, positive and resilient approach to sales.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of their workload.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound B2B sales calls to both prospective and existing customers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop leads into potential customers
• Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities for the field sales team
• Prepare, issue and proactively follow up quotations to maximise conversion
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to develop relationships, increase sales and support retention
• Promote new products, services and business initiatives
• Accurately maintain customer information and update CRM systems
• Monitor and manage your sales pipeline effectively

Internal Sales Executive

Location: Huntingdon
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Arrangement: Office-based – no remote or hybrid working
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

The Role

We are looking for a confident and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Huntingdon.

This is a target-driven sales role focused on outbound B2B calling, lead generation, appointment setting and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our field sales team to identify potential customers, generate qualified opportunities, prepare quotations and help drive overall business growth.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking to customers, confident making outbound calls and motivated by achieving results.
