Job summary

Huntress is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to back a large-scale call centre recruitment drive. You will manage a high volume of direct applications, screen CVs, and be the first point of contact for candidates, coordinating initial screening and shortlisting for next stages.

The role provides 8:30 am–5:00 pm Monday–Friday hours, with the option to work from home 2–3 days per week after training. The contract runs initially for 2 months and pays £15.56 per hour plus holiday pay.

Qualifications

• You will manage a high volume of direct applications for call centre vacancies.
• Screen incoming CVs and applications and contact applicants for initial screening.
• Coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring managers, and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen CVs and applications.
• Contact applicants by phone for initial screening.
• Assess candidates against role requirements and availability.
• Provide information about the role and recruitment process.
• Arrange interviews with suitable candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment system.
• Keep candidates updated and ensure timely progression.
