Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Assistant for an initial 6-week contract. You will be at the heart of our store, delivering fast, friendly service while supporting promotions and loyalty initiatives.

Training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed for success in a busy retail environment. Applicants welcome from 16+ and you will join a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities including food and drink service from the Wild Bean Café,

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers as top priority
• Serve customers efficiently and meet needs promptly
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Prepare and serve food and drink from Wild Bean Café
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and perform stock management tasks
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt
