BP p.l.c. is hiring a temporary customer service assistant for an initial 6-week contract at our Wild Bean Café in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior retail experience is required as full training will be provided; you will serve customers, handle deliveries, stock shelves and support promotions while following bp safety policies.

Applicants aged 16+ are welcome; join a supportive team and gain practical customer service skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow bp policies.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring personal and customers' safety in line with bp policies.
• Serving customers efficiently and addressing needs.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Preparing and serving food and drinks at the Wild Bean Café.
• Taking deliveries, replenishing stock and managing stock levels.
• Supporting bp's offers, promotions and loyalty scheme.
• Carrying out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
