Job summary

bp retail is hiring a temporary customer service assistant on an initial 6 week contract. You will provide friendly service at the counter, assist with food and drink preparation in our Wild Bean Café, and learn on-the-job through structured training.

Key duties include serving customers promptly, replenishing stock, taking deliveries, keeping the store clean, and helping promote bp offers and loyalty schemes while working as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with ability to work collaboratively in a store.
• Applicants aged 16+ are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and complete stock management tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and the loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in the store, facilities and forecourt.
