Job summary

BP Retail is hiring a temporary customer service assistant to join our team for an initial 6-week contract. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, serving customers and supporting stock, promotions and general store upkeep.

Training will be provided on online and on-the-job, with emphasis on safety, customer care and teamwork to ensure a smooth shift in our Wild Bean Café and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of customers, colleagues and yourself in line with bp policies and procedures.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and complete stock management tasks.
• Be proactive in supporting bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties in all store areas, facilities and forecourt.
