Temp Recruitment Coordinator

Rate: £ 114.43 per day (Inside IR35)

Temp Recruitment Coordinator – EMEA | London-Based (Hybrid)

We are currently looking for an organised and motivated temporary Recruitment Coordinator to join our clients’ EMEA Talent Acquisition team in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator or for a junior recruiter with a background in coordination seeking to advance their career.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with other recruiters to deliver a seamless and smooth candidate experience. You will liaise with candidates and hiring managers to manage the end-to-end interview process, gather feedback, and contribute to building a strong and continuous talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters to support a streamlined and effective recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Review and screen resumes and job applications via Workday (ATS).
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the talent market relevant to the roles you support.

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
