Recruiting Coordinator

Contract Duration: 9 months, 5 days onsite

Location: London, UK

We’re looking for a super organized self-starter to join our client as a Recruitment Coordinator to ensure candidates have a positive interview experience from beginning to end. You will be responsible for scheduling a volume of interviews weekly, coordinating assessment days, and leading process improvement projects that impact candidates and the business. This role offers visibility and recognition from day one, ideal for a capable individual seeking a challenge in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Schedule various types of interviews and coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  2. Provide follow-up communication to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
  3. Coordinate written assessments for candidates.
  4. Arrange candidate reimbursements.
  5. Track recruiting activities and provide weekly updates on candidate status.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  7. Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and their responsibilities.
  8. Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
  9. Update candidate records in the internal recruiting system – HIRE.
  10. Utilize recruiting tools such as tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
