Full Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator required to join a leading ecommerce group. This role supports the Global Intern Program by providing excellent customer support to interns, managers, and stakeholders. The recruitment coordinator works closely with a team of Program Managers on the AUTA Experience (AUTA-X) team in a fast-paced talent acquisition organization. The coordinator is an integral partner in providing excellent customer support to interns, managers, and stakeholders, such as managing intern program activities and building relationships across partners and stakeholders. Customer support responsibilities include providing front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems. This candidate will deliver operational excellence, streamline processes for improvement, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Required skills include:

  1. 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent experience
  2. Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint

  1. Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
  2. Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment
  3. Experience in high-volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management
  4. Experience working with data, including strong Excel skills such as formulas like V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Delimited Formulas, etc.
