Job Description:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for its Talent Acquisition team in London, UK. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring events, and improving candidate experience. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, experience with web-based tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint), and prior experience in recruiting, HR, or related fields. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  2. Provide follow-up communication to candidates regarding their application status.

  4. Track recruitment activities and generate weekly reports.
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  6. Educate stakeholders about the recruitment process.
  7. Maintain candidate records in the internal system (HIRE).
  8. Utilize recruiting tools such as assessments to evaluate candidates.
Minimum Requirements:
