A prestigious global investment management firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join their collaborative in-house talent team. Supporting hiring across the EMEA region, this is a key role focused on high-volume recruitment coordination and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, professional environment.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish — from scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, to supporting onboarding and acting as a reliable point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and agencies. The role sits within a high-performing and friendly HR function, where you’ll gain valuable exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with recruitment coordination experience within investment banking, asset management, or broader financial services, who thrives on pace and precision and enjoys working closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating all pre-hire logistics including screening steps and onboarding documentation
• Liaising daily with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external recruitment agencies
• Ensuring new joiners are set up for success ahead of day one
• Supporting hiring activity across a variety of business areas and seniority levels
• Over time: handling Workday updates, generating recruitment reports, and taking on more of the recruitment process
