Job summary

James Newbury Appointments is seeking a Customer Sales & Product Coordinator in Chesterfield for a 12-month maternity cover, working on SAP/Salesforce and Shopify workflows. The role involves handling webshop enquiries, building client relationships and coordinating with the training team.

You will provide professional customer service, manage orders, and support external events while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. UK-work eligibility is required and on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Salesforce desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, databases and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Accurate and thorough approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team; willing to learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales and transactions in SAP and Salesforce.
• Process orders from Shopify into Salesforce and SAP (administrative).
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide information on products and services.
• Make and receive calls with clients, meeting KPIs and maintaining a professional manner.
• Support online eCommerce channel and advise clients accordingly.
• Process orders and raise invoices from the system; manage payments.
• Perform general administrative duties and support events team as required.
