Job summary

Just Temps is recruiting a Sales Support Administrator for our client on the outskirts of Halstead, Colchester, Essex. This is a full‑time temporary role (up to 12 weeks) with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate, focusing on lift equipment orders and warranty claims.

You will provide post‑sale support to distributors and customers, ensure accurate order processing in the ERP/SAP system, and coordinate across logistics, manufacturing and credit control.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and claim processing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret warranty and order data and spot trends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple orders and warranty cases simultaneously.
