Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking two ambitious Telesales Agents to join our expanding technology sales team. These office-based roles focus on generating new business for Microsoft solutions, Cyber Security services, and DMARC protection, speaking with decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams, build a healthy pipeline, and aim to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or telesales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ambition to develop specialist knowledge in technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and campaigns.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
• Engage with decision-makers to understand current technology and security challenges.
• Introduce and position Microsoft solutions, Cyber Security services, and DMARC offerings.
• Book and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with specialist sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to develop customer solutions.
• Accurately maintain customer records, activities, and opportunities in CRM.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Continue developing product and industry knowledge through training and coaching.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell across the portfolio.
