Job summary

The Portfolio Group is hiring a Telesales Team Manager in Manchester City Centre. You will lead a team of 10–12 Sales Consultants, drive performance, and coach for success. The role offers £45,000 base plus commission totaling up to £65,000, with a guaranteed £1,500 bonus per month for the first three months.

Qualifications

• Direct, energetic leadership style with ability to keep staff under control.
• Experience in fast-paced contact centre sales environments.
• Coaching and development experience with a track record of improving performance.
• Experienced in interviewing and recruiting for a sales team.
• Setting targets, managing KPIs, and monitoring performance daily.
• HR related experience such as 121s, disciplinaries, sickness and absence.
• Experience managing both B2C and B2B sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Interview potential new staff for your team.
• Support with coaching, training and ongoing development.
• Help staff through career pathways to progress to the next level.
• Conduct morning huddles daily to set goals for the day.
• 120s, setting KPIs, and call-based target management.
• Manage a team of 10-12 Sales Consultants throughout the day.
