You will foster a proactive, high-energy environment, collaborate with Sales, Field Operations, and Network Teams, and ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in customer service or operations within telecoms.
• Experience supervising 10+ staff and driving performance against targets.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and coach teams for improved customer outcomes.

• Provide leadership to a team of Provisioning Agents delivering Customer Connections with updates.
