The Education Training Collective is seeking a Tees Valley Regional Coordinator to turn regional priorities into high-quality, employer-informed programmes. You will work with curriculum, commercial teams, employers and EPNE to boost participation, progression and innovation in construction education and workforce development.

Qualificações

• Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience in construction.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership working.
• Strong understanding of the construction sector and regional skills needs.
• Ability to use data to monitor quality, performance and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate CTEC activity across the Tees Valley in line with the regional strategy.
• Develop employer-informed programmes, continuing professional development and curriculum with delivery teams and partners.
• Coordinate CTEC FE Teacher Industry Exchange Scheme activity and value-added industry placements.
• Provide visible regional leadership and represent the Tees Valley in the wider North East construction skills network.
• Champion learner destinations into employment, apprenticeships, higher education and further training.
