Job summary

The Really NEET Project is seeking a skilled Teaching, Learning & Assessment Coordinator to work with our South Yorkshire teams from Rotherham. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality teaching and targeted support to accelerate learner progress and attainment.

You will collaborate with tutors, lead professional development, monitor progress data, and ensure compliance with exam entries while driving inclusive education and continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Experience delivering functional skills from Entry Level 1 to Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching of functional skills from Entry Level 1 to Level 2.
• Provide in-class support and interventions tailored to learner needs.
• Lead planning and curriculum tailored to individual learning needs.
• Mentor and coach tutors to share best practices.
• Lead CPD programmes to improve teaching, learning and assessment.
• Conduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback.
