Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking an Employment Engagement Advisor to inspire and support learners from enquiry through to employment, delivering engaging employability programmes, coaching individuals, and building strong relationships with employers and partners. You will facilitate workshops, provide careers advice, and help learners overcome barriers, while coordinating with referral partners.

This role involves travel across the region and a commitment to delivering outstanding learner experiences

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals to overcome barriers and move into employment, training, or education.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with learners and employers.
• Able to manage a varied workload, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver employability programmes and one-to-one/group sessions.
• Provide careers advice and coaching to learners from enquiry to employment.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and referral partners.
• Support learners to overcome barriers to progress and sustain employment.
