The Education Training Collective (Etc.) is seeking an Hourly Paid Employability Lecturer to inspire adult learners and deliver pre‑employment training across Tees Valley. You will plan, deliver and assess learning, provide constructive feedback, and support learners to achieve their goals.

The role focuses on safeguarding, quality, and stakeholder collaboration within a public‑sector context. Based at Stockton Riverside College with delivery across Redcar, Stockton and NETA, the post offers

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engaging employability training to adult, unemployed and NEET learners.
• Ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience creating and using Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with learners, employers and stakeholders.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and robust learner support.

Responsabilités

• Deliver employability training and pre‑employment programmes meeting awarding body requirements and college quality standards.
• Support learner progress and achievement through assessments, ILPs and high‑quality feedback.
• Prepare learners for employment by developing skills, knowledge and behaviours for the chosen sector.
• Assess and maintain quality standards through formative and summative assessments and accurate records.
