Jobtailor is seeking a Technology Learning & Adoption specialist to design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital training for enterprise technologies. You will create materials, support user adoption, and collaborate with global teams to ensure effective onboarding and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes Microsoft 365 proficiency, LMS familiarity, and strong customer service to support lawyers and business professionals across regional and global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Learning & Development or instructional design certifications preferred.
• Experience delivering and developing technology training in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Experience supporting user adoption of enterprise technologies.
• Experience working as an individual contributor within a regional or global team structure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with legal or professional services applications, such as document management systems like iManage.
• Experience delivering training using virtual platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience creating digital learning content, such as videos, guides, or eLearning modules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage users at all organizational levels.
• Ability to understand user needs and recommend practical learning solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to user support.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions.
• Comfortable delivering training in formal and informal settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technology Learning & Adoption services aligned with global standards and regional business needs
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital training to support technology adoption and user effectiveness
• Develop and maintain learning materials, courseware, quick reference guides, job aids, video content, digital learning content, and user-facing documentation
• Provide one-on-one training and targeted support to reinforce learning and improve user proficiency
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for lawyers and business professionals
• Support users in adopting and integrating technology into daily workflows
• Identify common user challenges and recommend solutions
• Reinforce best practices and promote efficient, consistent use of firm systems
• Collaborate with Technology teams and the business to identify learning needs
• Participate in regional technology projects by developing training materials and delivering rollout training
• Facilitate training registrations and completion administration in the LMS
• Respond to training-related requests through established support channels
• Monitor training participation and feedback
• Update learning materials to reflect changes in firm technologies
• Share knowledge and contribute to regional and global learning initiatives
• Provide responsive customer service and act as a trusted resource for training and learning needs
