Job summary

Proactive.IT Appointments Limited is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a well-established legal services organisation on a hybrid basis. You will deliver IT training, onboard new starters, and create engaging online resources to support technology adoption across the business.

You’ll work with the IT team and stakeholders to tailor sessions, develop refresher content, and continuously improve training delivery for users with varying levels of technical ability.

• Developing online learning resources and user guides.
