Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 adoption consultant to lead adoption projects, drive stakeholder engagement, and deliver training and governance guidance. You will partner with IT, HR, and business units to align roadmaps with organizational goals and measure success using Power BI.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in adoption/digital workplace consulting, strong M365 knowledge, and experience delivering Copilot adoption programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
5+ years in Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, or digital workplace consulting.
Practical experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption or readiness programmes.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Viva.
Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to define, measure, and report adoption metrics using Power BI and Microsoft 365 usage data.
Understanding of AI governance, data protection, and responsible AI practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Formal change management certification such as Prosci or APMG preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Viva Learning or Viva Engage preferred.
Experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, MS-102) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates expertise in managing Microsoft 365 project delivery and adoption, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, training development, and metrics tracking using Power BI.
Proficient in aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with AI governance and responsible practices.
Lead adoption initiatives from scoping through rollout, with clear governance and risk management.
Design and deliver workshops, training materials, and communications for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to align roadmaps and success metrics.
