Job summary

Hunter Bond is expanding its Technology desk and seeks a delivery-focused recruiter with agency recruitment experience to source, screen and place technology professionals. You will partner with consultants on live roles across software engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, data and AI, and infrastructure, building strong candidate networks and guiding candidates from screening to offer.

In this role, you’ll enjoy uncapped commissions and a finance-friendly structure, with no commission thresholds

Hunter Bond is looking for an experienced delivery-focused recruiter to join our Technology team.

We're looking for someone with 6+ months of agency recruitment experience who enjoys sourcing, headhunting and building relationships with candidates, but doesn't want to spend their day cold-calling businesses or chasing new clients.

The Technology Desk

You’ll be working across a specialist technology market, recruiting for roles within areas such as:

• Software Engineering
• DevOps & Cloud
• Cybersecurity
• Data & AI
• Infrastructure
• IT & Technology Leadership

You’ll work with existing clients across financial services, fintech, hedge funds, trading firms and specialist technology businesses, giving you exposure to some genuinely interesting hiring projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a delivery-first role, so your focus is finding and engaging the right people.

You'll:

• Source and headhunt high-quality technology professionals
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks
• Screen candidates and understand their technical experience
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through to offer
• Work closely with consultants and account teams on live vacancies
