We’re expanding our Change & Transformation Team and are looking for an experienced 360° Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment in this high-demand area. This is an opportunity to build a desk focused on strategic change and transformation hires, working with senior stakeholders in some of the most innovative financial services and fintech organisations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Full 360° responsibility: generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering candidates.
• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for senior change and transformation professionals, from sourcing and engaging to placing top-tier candidates.
• Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor on change programmes, transformation projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Mapping markets, providing insight, and keeping up-to-date with trends in change, transformation, and the fintech/financial services space.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and contribute to the growth of the practice.
