Job summary

James Adams In-House is seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to join on a contract basis, delivering hands-on sourcing and live demand support, fully on site in London.

This delivery-focused role requires direct sourcing, market mapping, headhunting for Software Engineers, UX and Product roles, and close partnership with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hires and an accurate ATS.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience or RPO/Embedded; agency experience welcomed.
• Tech recruitment background required.
• Delivery-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident stakeholder management with hiring managers/leaders.
• Willingness to be on site five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Direct sourcing and pipeline generation for live roles.
• Lead hiring of Software Engineers alongside UX and Product roles.
• Perform market mapping, headhunting, and proactive candidate outreach.
• Screen, short-list, and manage candidates through early-stage hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, priorities, and feedback.
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience and data accuracy in ATS.
• Bring senior judgement to delivery decisions and prioritisation.

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Recruiter to join on a contract basis, working directly within the business and fully on site in London.

This is a hands-on recruitment delivery role, focused on active sourcing, pipeline building, and supporting hiring managers with live demand. While the title reflects seniority, this is not a purely strategic or people-management position. The successful contractor will be close to the work and accountable for delivery.

The role

• Direct sourcing and pipeline generation for live roles
• You’ll be focused on hiring Software Engineers alongside UX and Product roles
• Market mapping, headhunting, and proactive candidate outreach
• Screening, shortlisting, and managing candidates through early-stage hiring
• Partnering closely with hiring managers on role intake, priorities, and feedback
• Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
• Keeping ATS data accurate and usable
• Bringing senior-level judgement to delivery decisions and prioritisation

• In-house recruitment experience or RPO/Embedded (previous agency experience is great though!)
• A Tech Recruitment background
• Comfortable operating at pace in a delivery-focused environment
