Hunter Bond is expanding its Technology desk and seeks a delivery-focused recruiter with agency recruitment experience to source, screen and place technology professionals. You will partner with consultants on live roles across software engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, data and AI, and infrastructure, building strong candidate networks and guiding candidates from screening to offer.

In this role, you’ll enjoy uncapped commissions and a finance-friendly structure, with no commission thresholds

Qualifications

• 6+ months of agency recruitment experience.
• Delivery-focused recruitment approach.
• Ability to source and engage top technology talent.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt high-quality technology professionals
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks
• Screen candidates and understand their technical experience
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through to offer
• Work closely with consultants and account teams on live vacancies
• Develop knowledge of the technology market and become a specialist
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and become their go-to recruiter
