Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technology Manager to lead the Partner Performance team within the Supply Performance and Experience domain. You will steer engineering efforts to turn complex operational data into real-time insights that empower partners to optimize operations and grow revenue.

You will own technical direction, collaborate with the Head of Engineering, coach engineers, and drive a high-performance culture across multiple product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of engineers in an event-driven architecture.
• Delivers high-quality software projects and champions best practices.
• Able to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Desire to coach engineers and foster a high-performance culture.
• Experience developing data-driven products that influence user actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and delivery across multiple product teams.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering to define a technical roadmap.
• Own streams of work from requirements to production support.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering practices across the org.
• Ensure fast, scalable, and reliable services in a real-time data platform.
