• Experience with AWS and cloud environments.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Desire to coach engineers and drive a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and engineering quality across multiple product teams.
• Define and communicate a technical roadmap for the domain.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering and peers to align priorities with business needs.
• Own streams of work from requirements through production support.
