Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technology Manager to lead the Partner Performance team within the Supply Performance and Experience domain. You will orchestrate multi-team efforts to transform data into actionable insights, enabling partners to optimise operations and grow revenue.

You will drive technical direction, collaborate with the Head of Engineering, and mentor engineers to maintain high-quality software and a strong performance culture across the domain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of engineers using an event-driven architecture.
• Delivering high-quality software projects and driving best practices.
• Able to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction, engineering quality, and delivery for multiple product teams.
• Define and communicate a technical roadmap for the domain.
• Coach engineers and develop a high-performance culture.
• Prioritise work with stakeholders and align with commercial needs.
• Own end-to-end delivery from requirements to production support.
