Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technology Manager to lead and grow the Partner Performance team within the Supply Performance and Experience domain. You will steer design and delivery of data-driven solutions that turn complex operational data into actionable insights for partners.

You will manage engineers across multiple product teams, define technical roadmaps, coach talent, and ensure high-quality software in a fast-paced, scalable platform.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of engineers as its core technology using an Event Driven Architecture.
• Delivering high quality software projects and driving best practices.
• Able to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
• Desire to coach engineers and drive a high-performance culture.
• Experience developing products that drive user actions from data.
