Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Technology Manager to lead the Partner Performance team within the Supply Performance and Experience domain. You will coordinate design and implementation of data-driven solutions that provide real-time insights and operational guidance for partners.

You will drive a technical roadmap, coach engineers, and collaborate with Head of Engineering and Product Managers to deliver high-impact features at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of engineers in an event-driven architecture environment.
• Delivering high quality software projects and driving best practices.
• Able to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Desire to coach engineers and drive a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and delivery of multiple product teams to generate actionable partner insights.
• Define and communicate a technical roadmap for the domain with senior engineers.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with Product Managers on significant features.
• Prioritise work with stakeholders and align with engineering strategy.
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery—from requirements to production support.
