You will guide engineering teams to build scalable, multi-channel data layers, real-time alerts, and AI-informed growth opportunities, ensuring high-quality software and strong technical leadership across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of engineers.
• Expertise delivering high-quality software projects.
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple engineering teams to deliver impact-driven features.
• Define and communicate a technical roadmap for the domain.
• Own delivery from requirements to production and monitor production impact.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering and Product Managers on priorities.
