You will coordinate engineers to build multi-channel data layers, real-time alerts, and data intelligence features that help partners optimize operations and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of engineers using an Event Driven Architecture.
• Delivering high quality software projects, driving forward best practices.
• Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
• Desire to coach engineers and to drive a high performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction and oversee multiple product teams.
• Design and implement impact-driven solutions delivering insights.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering to define a technical roadmap for the domain.
• Track progress and communicate with teams and Head of Engineering.
• Deploy and support changes in production and ensure they work in production.
