Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Belfast is seeking a Senior Executive (Manager) to lead and shape technology M&A advisory across the transaction lifecycle. You will work with corporate clients and private equity, guiding pre-deal diligence, separation, integrations and portfolio reviews.

You will apply IT strategy, governance and architecture expertise to deliver insights, manage diverse deal teams, and help senior stakeholders make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience of IT transactions including IT due diligence or IT post-merger integration.
• Broad knowledge of IT domains (Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Governance, Systems Integration).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Programme and project management experience with successful delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior clients and guide decision makers.
• Flexible with working locations and quick to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to pre-deal, post-deal, separation and integration engagements UKI.
• Manage blended project teams across EY Parthenon practices.
• Support origination with pitches and presentations, and cross-practice collaboration.
• Work on client engagements to develop and execute transaction strategies.
• Assess client readiness in people, resources, data, and planning.
• Develop skills through learning, coaching and experience.
• Contribute to recruiting, training and staff development.
