Job summary

EY Parthenon is seeking an Executive (Junior Manager) in Tech - Strategy and Execution to advise clients on IT-related aspects of M&A and corporate transactions. You will apply technology due diligence, develop strategic insights, and work across buy-side and sell-side mandates, collaborating with Strategy and Transactions teams.

You will help clients navigate technology implications of transactions, contribute to integrated insights, and support business origination efforts while mentoring

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and deep understanding of IT functions (EA, IT strategy, governance, systems integration).
• Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist engagement delivery across sectors and business situations.
• Work on buy-side and sell-side mandates across the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Transactions teams to deliver integrated insights.
• Lead junior team members and coach as needed.
• Develop hypotheses, insights, and findings to support recommendations.
• Engage in business origination activities, including pitches and proposals.
