Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of IT due diligence and/or IT post-merger integration.
• Broad knowledge of IT: Enterprise Architecture, IT Operating Model, IT Strategy and Governance.
• Programme and Project Management expertise with delivery responsibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering high-quality reports and client-ready outputs.
• Analytical mindset with IT transaction insights valued by clients.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring of juniors.
• Ability to influence senior clients and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to pre-deal, post-deal, separation and integration engagements for UKI clients.
• Manage blended project teams across EY-Parthenon transactions and advisory practices.
• Assist in business origination, pitches and presentations.
• Work on client engagement teams delivering EY Parthenon services for transactions.
• Assess client readiness across people, resources, planning, data collection and strategy.
