Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London seeks an Assistant Director (Senior Manager) to lead Technology M&A deal strategy and execution, applying IT due diligence, carve-outs and integration expertise to create client value.

You will manage blended teams, engage with senior clients, and support deal origination through pitches, delivering rigorous analysis and strong leadership across fast-paced transactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information technology or related subjects.
• Experience in IT due diligence and post-merger IT integration.
• Knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Programme/Project management experience with delivery responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-deal, post-deal, separation and integration engagements across UKI.
• Manage blended project teams from transactions and advisory practices.
• Support origination through pitches and client presentations.
• Advise clients on IT readiness, risk, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop junior staff and build senior client relationships.
